Nick Dunlap, a young golfer (20 years old!), achieved something amazing in the world of golf!

He won a PGA Tour tournament, something no one has ever done before. What makes this victory so special? Nick won as both an amateur (someone who doesn't get paid to play) and a professional (someone who gets paid to play) in the same year!

In January, Nick won a tournament called The American Express as a college student. This was a big deal because it hadn't been done by an amateur in over 30 years! Nick then decided to turn professional right after.

Winning again so soon wasn't easy for Nick. He admitted to feeling some pressure after his first win. But on Sunday, at the Barracuda Championship, Nick did it again! This tournament uses a special scoring system where points are awarded for birdies and eagles (good scores) and taken away for bogeys (bad scores).

Nick made a very long putt (called an eagle) that gave him the lead. He then birdied another hole to win by two points! This victory cemented Nick's place in history as the first golfer to win PGA Tour events as both an amateur and a professional in the same year.
